Medical Fasts using OPTIFAST 800® products, by Nestle
Nutrition (formerly Novartis®), have

Our weight loss regimen, featuring OPTIFAST products, is a "pay as you go"
program. We offer both a Full Fast weight loss program for the
morbidly obese patient as well as less
intense weight loss protocols, such as our Partial Fast,
for the
patient who needs to quickly lose 20
pounds.

FULL FAST PROGRAM (Option 1)
Sterling Health's Full Fast weight loss protocol is
an aggressive program
designed for the morbidly obese patient.
The cost for this program follows:

Weekly OPTIFAST product expense (average): |
$95 - $120 |
| Weekly doctor consultation (first four weeks and then
every other week thereafter): |
$40 |
Thus, the weekly cost of a Full Fast program averages between
$95
and $160 (in planning a budget, remember that you do not buy regular food for
yourself during the program).

PARTIAL FAST PROGRAM (Option 2)
Sterling Health also offers a program that is not as aggressive as our
Full Fast program
and is useful to the obese patient or the client who would like to quickly lose 20
pounds. Under this diet protocol, you would consume a regular meal (usually dinner)
while supplementing your diet with OPTIFAST products.
